I stayed in a twin room sea view. the room was very clean and spacious. ample wardrobe space existed for luggage. the food was tasty with good portion sizes. Restaurant staff were polite. the bar offered complimentary drinks each day.
The room door rattled in its frame. I put a chair against the door overnight to stop it. the bathroom fan sounded like an aeroplane.

The car parking was cheap at £6 per day. the reception greeting was lovely. the room was clean. It included everything i needed. the shower was very good. i found the bed good too.
The corridors did have a slight odor. I noticed it upon arrival.

I found the staff cute and helpful. My package included four free drinks each day, a very nice saving. Evening entertainment featured music, bingo, and cabaret. I found it quite engaging. The bar staff were very friendly. Tracey was cute, pleasant, and professional.
I found the fire alarms activated during the night, a bit disruptive.

the staff was awesome and always happy. i booked a new year break and got a refurbished room on the first floor (i felt lucky!). breakfast was good, especially with eggs cooked fresh each morning.
it was in constant use at check-in and out times and mealtimes.

the hotel is located near the sea and the north pier. a tram stop is only a couple of minutes away, providing easy access to various destinations. everything is within a 10-15 minute walk, a great convenience.

The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. the twin room was spacious. I really appreciated that. private parking was available for a reasonable £6, very useful. the location was quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
the corridor had a lot of rowdy children, and parents didn't address this, disruptive.

My friend and I visited for a two night birthday celebration. The staff greeted us with smiles. Our twin room featured beautiful decorations. The beds provided comfort. The sea view added an element of beauty. Entertainment with bingo.
A very small amount of toilet roll was available in the room upon arrival.
